Monday's swim workout

Here's today's swim workout:

200 warm up easy
100 (or 200) drill (dragging fingertips, kickboard, pulling, etc)
400 swim focusing on breathing and flipturns. Go as easy as you need to get all flipturns.
4x100 with 30-60 second rest.
200 cooldown
