Alright, the purpose of this blog is to keep Triathlon Club at SUU members informed of the workouts we will be doing each week. This will enable members to follow what we are doing and "train with us" even if they cannot make it to the official training sessions. We will try to update this each week and inform everyone of the current stuff of the club. This is not to supplement the clubs weekly emails, rather it is simply an efficient posting ground of our workouts. Thanks for being a part of it all!
